What’s your Big Dream?
Today, Kip McGrath launches a UK wide writing competition called ‘Dream a Big Dream’ that invites young people aged 9 to 14 years old to write about their own Big Dream. Visit the website below for more information about the competition, the prizes that can be won and how to enter the competition.

Rachel is a 19 year old sprinter originally from a small village in North Wales called Dolwyddelan where she began running at 8 years old.
In 2012, Rachel competed at the World Junior Championships in Barcelona for Team GB by running the individual women’s 100m and 4x100m relay
